SHIRLEY DUNCAN Sadly passed away on 15th April 2015. A loving mother and grandmother. Shirley will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral to take place at West London Crematorium, Harrow Road, Kensal Green. On Friday 1st May 2015 at 11.45am. No flowers please but donations if desired (at service) For Dementia UK.
