Police have launched an investigation after reports that shots were fired in a residential street.

Officers were called to reports of shooting in Dors Close, Kingsbury, on Sunday (February 26).

A section of the road near Wood Lane was closed off from about 1pm for several hours.

Multiple police vehicles including a forensic crime scene investigation van were spotted at the scene.

However the Metropolitan Police say that there were “no reported injuries” at the scene.

There have been no arrests at this stage.

Enquires are ongoing to establish the circumstances, the Met has said.
