A dessert parlour could replace a former pharmacy near a primary school.
An application has been put forward to launch ‘Just Cravings’, at the former S K Pharmacy in Willesden Lane, Brondesbury.
The site has been vacant for the past few years, but an application submitted to Brent Council this month proposes to replace it with a parlour which will have a bright purple exterior and an illuminated projecting sign to the shop front.
The application states that building works would commence from October and would be complete by November.
Details of the new dessert spot have been published on its Google profile. It reads: “Just Cravings is a cozy, dessert-focused establishment offering takeaway and limited dine-in seating.
“Our menu boasts a wide range of sweet indulgences made with love. From aromatic coffee and luscious milkshakes to divine cakes with custards, milk cakes, crepes and waffles, we have it all.”
It will be located just a minutes’ walk from Christ Church Primary School.
Anyone wishing to make a comment about the application is asked to email planning.comments@brent.gov.uk or use the ‘make comments’ tab on the Brent Council planning portal to the following application number: 23/2903.
Comments must be made by October 19.
