A residential road was cordoned off after a man was found dead.

Forensics investigators searched a corner of Mazenod Avenue near Kilburn High Road today (January 17) after officers were first called to the scene at 5.38am.

The road was closed off for the morning and early afternoon.

At the scene a man, 34, was found dead at the scene.

His death is being treated as non-suspicious and police are carrying out enquiries to identify and update his next-of-kin.

Enquiries are ongoing to find his cause of death, the Metropolitan Police said.
