A dog has been Tasered after it bit a police officer close to Wembley Stadium.
Police were called to Engineers Way at around midday yesterday (April 26) after receiving reports that a man had been seen who was in breach of an injunction preventing him from being there.
As police detained the man, his dog bit an officer and became aggressive towards other officers.
A police spokesperson said that a Taser was then discharged but that officers were still attempting to trace the dog.
The injured officer was rushed to hospital, before she was discharged after treatment.
A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault, breach of an injunction and having a dangerous dog out of control.
He has been taken into custody where he remains.
