All traffic has been stopped on the M4 near Heathrow Airport due to a multi-vehicle crash.
The incident happened on the M4 eastbound between junction five near Slough at around 4.30pm today (May 20).
National Highways (@HighwaysEAST) urged motorists on X (formally known as Twitter) to allow plenty of time travelling in the area.
It confirmed that all emergency services are currently at the scene.
The incident has caused two and a half miles of congestion and 30-minute delays in the area.
We have contacted Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service for further information.
