UPDATE, September 15: The man's family have confirmed that he has been found "safe and sound".
A 69-year-old man with dementia has been missing from Wembley for five days.
Brent Police first appealed for help in finding the man last Monday (September 9), the day he went missing.
His family have today (September 14) reiterated their plea for people to contact police if they have seen him, as the 69-year-old dad still has not been found.
The man has dementia, and might not be able to provide his name, Metropolitan Police have said.
Police have said he was last seen wearing a bright blue jumper and navy blue trousers at around 1pm last Monday in Wembley Hill Road.
His family told Brent and Kilburn Times that he was also seen taking bus route 206 in Harlesden towards Kilburn Park bus station that day.
