Police have issued an "urgent" appeal to help find a man who escaped from a mental health facility more than two weeks ago.
Trevor St Martins, 56, absconded from the facility in Kingsbury while on an escorted visit to shops on Saturday, September 14.
Officers were called to the scene shortly after 3pm, and have since carried out "extensive enquiries" to find him.
However, he remains missing nearly two weeks later.

The Met Police warned the public not to approach him - and instead to call 999 immediately upon sighting.
St Martins is described as 6ft tall and of medium build.
He was last seen wearing a black top, black jeans and a black hat.
Anyone who knows his whereabouts is urged to call 101 quoting CAD 4057/14.
