Two people were taken to hospital after a crash between a bus and two cars.
Emergency services were scrambled to the Neasden Underpass at around 8.30pm on Tuesday evening (October 1).
Crews from Willesden Fire Station were called at 8.38pm to make the scene safe, London Fire Brigade said.
A fire brigade spokesperson added: "One bus and two cars collided.

"Two people were taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service."
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said they were called at 8.41pm and crews arrived within two minutes.
They added: “Our crews treated two patients at the scene, before taking a woman to a London major trauma centre and a man to hospital, both as a priority.”
Firefighters left the scene at 9.11pm.
The Metropolitan Police has been contacted.
