A couple celebrated their first anniversary at the Pret cafe where they met while queuing for coffee.
Juliet Brown, 27, and Luke Isaac, 28, caught each other's eye as they waited for flat whites at the chain's branch in Balham, south London.
Luke, an investment consultant, summoned the courage to strike up a conversation with Juliet – commenting on that morning's gloomy weather.
Juliet, who like Luke was working nearby from home that day, was planning to grab her hot beverage and rush back - but she couldn’t resist staying a little longer.
They continued chatting and exchanging numbers, and the rest is history - it was love at flat white.
Fast forward to the present day and Pret A Manger in Balham has been transformed for their special night.
Juliet, who works for the British Red Cross, said: “I have friends and colleagues asking me which Pret we met at in the hopes they might go and have a similar encounter.
“When Pret offered to help us celebrate we both knew there was only one thing for it – a Pret-themed anniversary dinner.
“It was amazing to surprise Luke at our favourite coffee shop.”
To mark the relationship milestone, the shop was decorated with fairy lights and fresh flowers, and the coffee was served in customised cups.

A croissant bouquet, which was commissioned specially, was also presented to them.
The happy couple were treated to a three-course dinner featuring their favourite foods - lasagna soup, prosciutto mac and cheese, and fittingly, a love bar - a flapjack.
Luke and Juliet are now planning their next milestone - moving in together.
